Please collect Season Passes, Instructor Passes and Advantage Card Passes from our customer care team at the main ticket office.
All lessons or tuition for skiing and snowboarding is carried out with third party companies who use our facility to conduct your lesson.
You must book any lessons with them directly. The Glenshee Ski School is located in the building opposite the main ticket office on the other side of the main road.
You must obtain a lift pass from Glenshee Ski Centre as well as booking your lesson directly with any third party Ski Schools.
All lessons must report to the Ski School building on the opposite side of the main road from our main Ticket Office building or contact your third party Ski School for an exact meet and greet point on the day of your lesson.

Yes, as long as you contact us within 48 hours of the date you selected to visit us, we can transfer your ticket to an alternative date.

If you need to change your date on the lift passes or ski hire please let us know more than 48 hours before your booked date. Cancellations are non refundable, if the ski area is still open and operating.
Lift passes cannot be refunded once they have been printed.
There are a few ways you can collect your lift pass if you purchased this online;
1 - Using your QR code sent in your email confirmation, you can print your own lift pass by scanning the QR code at our self serve window (located at our main ticket office)
2 - You can collect this from our main ticket officer windows.
3 - If you booked lift passes AND ski hire online, then you can collect your lift pass ticket and equipment at the same time from our rental department.
You can hire ski or snowboard equipment online for the date you intend to visit us. You can also hire equipment when you arrive, please visit our ticket office to hire on the day.
We strongly reccomend you wear a helment when skiing or snowboarding.
Due to health reasons, we do not hire ski goggles or gloves, but you can purchase these from our retail shop.
Whether you purchase lift pass tickets online or from our main ticket office, you can add on rental equipment.
No, you can hire helmets from our ski hire department. All other clothing, including gloves can be purchased from our retail shop.
Sorry we have a Non-Refundable policy on all Passes & Equipment hire unless we do not open at all for any day, so we advise you to book nearer the time you wish to visit.
we maybe able to give you a credit note to use later in the season , but if this is not used by the end of the current season then it is lost.
If you need to change the date of your lift passes or ski hire please let us know more than 48 hours before your booked date an Admin charge of £5 applys.

Please allow 7 days for your refund amount to show back onto your card. This is because of banking processes and outwith our control.
If you intend to use any of our uplifts, this included, rope tows, pomas, T-bars and chairlifts then you must purchase a Lift Ticket - You will be refused use of our uplifts by members of our slope team should you not have your lift pass ticket visable.

There are no public service busses that run to Glenshee. However there are a few private companies that run busses.

The Scottish Ski Season runs from December - March / April. Open and Close dates will vary depending on snow conditions.
This winter 2023 / 2024, We plan to open from Weds 20th Dec 2023 with man-made snow on 2 x beginners area and 1 x intermidate run. As we get natural snowfall, we will open additional ski areas and uplifts.
Our Man-Made snow covers the 2 x Beginners area includes the DinkDink and Rope Tow & 1 x Intermediate The Plastic

Glenshee Ski Centre has parking and electric hook ups for motor home campers which are bookable online.
Yes, you can sledge anywhere at Glenshee outwith our ski runs, managing your own risk – please make sure you pay for parking when using the Glenshee Car Park Facility
No only Rescue dogs or Assistant dogs may join you on the slopes.
Cafe open 7 days a week 8.30am - 4.45pm ( last orders for hot food 3pm)
The chairlift will remain closed until the winter season , we plan to open for snowsports on 21st Dec 24 with man made snow on 2 x beginner runs and 1 x intermediate, more if we get enough natural snowfall .
Online bookinigs will open from 1st Dec for the holiday period , or you can pay on the day at the ticket office
