When you are here there is also an information board at the foot of the Cairnwell Chairlift with an avalanche tranceiver checkpoint, to help you prepare for your trip.
Ski Tourers and Winter Walkers
We currently have some snow at the Top of the Cairnwell Chairlft for Sledging, please purchase a ticket at the cafe along with your chairlift ticket.
The sledge pass must be handed to the Lift operator at the Top hut and he will pass you a sledge to use for 1 Hour after this your sledge must be returned. Price £5 per sledge.
