Braemar Snowsports

Braemar Snowsports started in 1991 specifically to work with Primary schools to deliver a skiing programme for primary age children.
 
Around 600 youngsters per season attend for 4 or 5 days. About 25% travel daily from local schools and the rest come and stay for a week.
 
We cater for all standards of skier. We also are very inclusive and have the capabilities to offer skiing to everyone regardless of their physical state. This includes blind children and children using sit skis.

Aberdeen Snowsports Club

Since it began in 1956, as Aberdeen Ski Club, Aberdeen Snowsports Club has be organising races, competitions and snowsport events and providing training programmes in Alpine Racing, Freestyle Skiing and Snowboarding.

Their popular events include the anual Ski Mart for buying and selling ski equipment.

Coaching Programme

Aberdeen Ski Club support the Glenshee Performance Squad coaching providing training in specialist freestyle, race and freeride groups to 5 to 18 year olds all the way to elite level competition/national teams.

Dundee Ski Club

The Ski Club organises and promotes snow sports events and competitions at Glenshee Ski Centre.
 
Established in 1936 it has been a core part of the Glenshee community since skiing in Scotland began.

Glenshee Performance Squad Racing

The Glenshee Performance Squad provides performance training for 5 to 18 years olds. Their programmes, usually run on Sundays, cater for different levels but all aim for excellence.

In their words "If you want to ski at the Olympics, GPS is a good place to start."

Cafe open 7 days a week 8.30am - 4.45pm ( last orders for hot food 3pm)

The chairlift will remain closed until the winter season , we plan to open for snowsports on 21st Dec 24 with man made snow on 2 x beginner runs and 1 x intermediate, more if we get enough natural snowfall .

Online bookinigs will open from 1st Dec for the holiday period , or you can pay on the day at the ticket office
